Depeswar Doley (known as Doley by his friends and customers) has owned and operated RS Automotive, Inc. since 1997. He has been in the automotive industry for 20 years. Doley received his Automotive Technology diploma from Lincoln Technical Institute. He is factory trained in Acura, Honda and Subaru automobiles and is a certified member of the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE). He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from Punjab University in India .
When he's not working on your car, Doley might be found restoring antique cars. His most recent restoration project is an award-winning '57 VW Bug. Doley's many interests include soccer, biking, traveling to exotic places, gardening, playing the guitar and listening to music, especially jazz, blues and reggae.
Doley is a hands-on owner whose hard work and accurate and honest diagnoses has allowed the business to grow.
Marlon Rodriguez joined the R S Automotive staff in 1997. He has 12 years of experience in foreign and domestic cars. Marlon graduated with a diploma from the Automotive Trade School in Guatemala . He attended classes in Automotives at Montgomery College and is now working on his ASE certifications. During his spare time, Marlon enjoys biking, jogging and working on cars. He collects remote controlled automobiles and is an avid builder. He also loves spending time with his family.
Rafael Mancco Quispee has been with the company for three years. He has 45 years of experience in the automotive industry. He owns a shop in Peru , which is presently being run by his son. Rafael is a Master engine builder and transmission builder.
During his free time he enjoys taking his grandchildren fishing or watching DC United soccer game. Rafael has 4 children. His youngest son is serving in the US Army and is currently based in Afghanistan.
