Ethan Allen Ave becomes Carroll Ave

Take I-495 West
Take Exit 28B (MD-650 South, New Hampshire Ave towards Takoma Park)

Take I-495 North

Take exit 29B (MD-193 East, University Blvd towards Langley Park)
Merge onto University Blvd and drive for about 1.5 miles
